Rafi88 was built with a clear vision — to deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable online gaming experience designed specifically for Malaysian players. From slots and Live Casino to Sports Betting on the Liga Super Malaysia and e-sports, we built a platform that truly understands what local players need.
Every feature we build is grounded in real feedback from local players — not assumptions.

VIP Bronze – DiamondRafi88 was not built overnight. It is the result of hard work by a team that genuinely cares about the Malaysian player experience — and is always looking for ways to do better.
From a small platform with a few hundred members, rafi88 now serves over 850,000 registered players across Malaysia — from Johor Bahru to Kota Kinabalu, from Kuala Lumpur to Kuching.
The platform launched with an initial focus on slots and Live Casino. Some 5,000 members signed up in the first month — far exceeding the founding team's original expectations.
The Sports Betting section launched with coverage of Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and BWF World Tour badminton. Within 6 months, it became the most popular category on rafi88, surpassing slots.
Rafi88 relaunched the platform with a fully mobile-first design. Page load times dropped by 70% and player satisfaction scores rose sharply within the first three months.
The e-sports section — covering MLBB, DOTA 2, and CS:GO — launched alongside the 5-tier VIP Rewards Programme. rafi88's first Diamond members emerged within 4 months of the launch.
Rafi88 now serves over 850,000 registered players with more than 500 games and 30+ sports. Our upgraded infrastructure ensures 99.98% uptime and faster transaction processing than ever before.
These four principles are more than a tagline — they are the foundation of every decision we make to ensure rafi88 remains a platform that Malaysian players can trust.
Every game on rafi88 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent auditing body. Players can be confident that all outcomes are genuine and cannot be manipulated by any party.
Every feature, every promotion, and every improvement we build starts with one question — does this help the player? User feedback is the primary guide for rafi88's development roadmap.
The technology landscape moves fast, and rafi88 never stands still. We are constantly testing new features, improving platform performance, and exploring integrations with the world's top game providers.
Rafi88 believes gambling should remain a form of entertainment, not a burden. We provide a full suite of self-control tools and a trained support team to assist anyone who needs help.
Rafi88 was founded by a group of online gaming industry professionals who understood just how important trust is in a space often filled with uncertainty. The founding team came from backgrounds in technology companies and gaming platforms across multiple countries — and they all shared one thing in common: they were players themselves who had experienced firsthand the frustration of platforms that did not put users first.
This is where rafi88 was born — not as just another online casino platform, but as a deliberate effort to build something genuinely different. A platform designed from the player's perspective, not purely from a business one. That is what sets rafi88 apart from most competitors in the Malaysian market to this day.
Rafi88 has a team of over 200 full-time employees — including software engineers, data analysts, UX designers, cybersecurity specialists, and customer support staff — all based in Asia. Our support team speaks Bahasa Melayu and understands the local cultural context, from Liga Super match schedules to major sporting events like the Thomas Cup and the situations that matter most to Malaysian players.
This is no small matter. Many international platforms operating in Malaysia rely on chatbots or agents with no understanding of the local context. At rafi88, we invest in real people who can help effectively — in the language players know and feel comfortable using.
Security is not an add-on at rafi88 — it is the foundation everything else is built on. All players' personal and financial information is protected with industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Every player account is secured with an optional two-factor authentication system, and our security team monitors for suspicious activity around the clock.
Beyond that, rafi88 enforces a strict KYC (Know Your Customer) policy to ensure our platform is not misused. Our straightforward identity verification process protects legitimate players while keeping the platform free from unwanted activity.
One of the most common concerns among Malaysian online casino players is game fairness. Are the slots I'm playing truly random? Are the live casino dealers playing fair? At rafi88, these questions are answered with facts, not empty assurances.
All slots and table games at rafi88 use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system verified by internationally accredited independent auditing firms. This means every spin, every card hand, and every round is entirely random and cannot be influenced by anyone — including rafi88 itself. Audit reports are available for players who wish to review them.
Rafi88 offers four core product categories, all optimised for Malaysian players. First, slots — with over 300 titles from leading providers, including the most popular games among local players such as Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, and a wide range of Asia-themed slots. Second, Live Casino — featuring baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and sic bo tables running 24 hours a day, every day, with real dealers in a high-quality studio environment.
Third, Sports Betting and live match wagering — covering Liga Super Malaysia, the FA Cup, EPL, La Liga, BWF World Tour badminton, NBA, tennis Grand Slams, and over 30 other sports with more than 500 matches every week. Fourth, E-Sports — with betting on MLBB, DOTA 2, CS2, Valorant, and League of Legends tournaments, growing increasingly popular among Malaysia's younger generation.

Malaysia's online casino market has no shortage of options today — and Malaysian players are becoming increasingly discerning. They know what they want: a fast platform that makes withdrawals hassle-free, offers support in their own language, and delivers genuinely fair games. rafi88 has built every aspect of its platform with these needs as the guiding principle.
One of the things rafi88 players mention most often in their reviews is withdrawal speed. On many other platforms, players are left waiting 24 to 72 hours to receive their winnings — sometimes with vague excuses about a "review process." At rafi88, withdrawals for regular players are processed within 5 minutes, and for Platinum and Diamond VIP members, they're instant. This isn't just a marketing promise — it's a guarantee you can verify for yourself as soon as you sign up.
Rafi88 is more than a platform — we are part of an active and diverse Malaysian gaming community. From football fans who follow every Liga Super match, to slots players hunting for the next new title each week, to e-sports enthusiasts watching and betting on MLBB tournaments — rafi88 has something for everyone.
We know that Malaysian players game at all hours — many after work in the evenings, some on weekends, and others in the early morning before starting their day. That is why rafi88's infrastructure is built to handle high traffic loads during peak hours without compromising platform performance or stability.
Rafi88 never settles. Even as we serve over 850,000 players with a strong track record behind us, our team continues working to improve every aspect of the gaming experience. Our plans for the coming years include introducing more games designed specifically with Malaysian themes, enhancing the VIP programme with more personalised benefits, and integrating new technology to make the gaming experience smoother and more enjoyable.
Ultimately, rafi88's mission is simple: to be the platform Malaysian players are proud to use — one that is trustworthy, puts their interests first, and is always there for them whether they win or lose. That drives us every day, and it will continue to shape the future of rafi88.
